Common questions
How much does an estimate cost?
Nothing. Send photos and we send a free estimate. Some jobs need a quick look in person first, and we will say so.
Who buys the parts?
It depends on the job. We can bring common parts, pick up what you choose, or install parts you already have.
How do I pay?
We take most payment options. Ask when we send the quote.
What if something is not right after the job?
Tell us. We come back and take care of it.
How soon can you come?
It depends on the job; we'll tell you after seeing photos.
Which site to use
All of our sites reach the same phone. If you live in Monterey Park, Alhambra, Rosemead or San Gabriel, the city sites have pages written for your neighborhood. Everyone else in the valley can start from the city list here.

Texting tips
Phones sometimes shrink photos sent by text. If a label or model number is hard to read, take one more close-up of just the label in good light. For leaks, a short video of the drip or the sound helps us tell a supply leak from a drain leak.
If you are a landlord or property manager, include the unit number and who will let us in. Tenants can let us in, and keys and lockbox codes work too.
- A wide photo and a close-up of the problem
- Your city and nearest cross street
- Model labels for any fixture or appliance
- Which items matter most
- Days and times that suit you
- Gate code, unit number or parking notes
